Lesson 1: What NOT to do when arguing.

Are you and your partner fighting fair or are things getting worse every time you argue? Don't let another disagreement end with wounds and resentment. The first video in the series will address how to argue fairly.

Lesson 2: Taking a break from the conflict.

Sometimes you need a break during conflict to gather your thoughts or calm down. If things get heated and you just need a few minutes alone, you might need a short break. There's a right way and a wrong way to get this space. (In my experience, most people are doing this wrong). This video will explain the right way to do it.

Lesson 3: Stop having the same argument over and over.

Research shows that couples tend to have the same few arguments over and over throughout their relationship; it doesn't have to be this way! Experience more peace in your relationship by learning to stop having the same argument once and for all.
